Next Friday we’ll be releasing a “group think” film called “The Draft – A Conscription of Conscience”.
It won’t be the kind of film to watch while eating a McDonalds. (more…)
This song has led me well in worship…I hope this cover does for you guys…
“Dear God, Many of our people go to church every Sunday. It’s only a custom; they don’t want God. Find some people who want God.”
— Leonard Ravenhill
(*Please listen to the 9 minute recording, below.)
Arguably the most dangerous lure of the enemy is to convince us that we’re part of a community that wants God when, in reality, God is far from being the priority of our corporate gathering.
Treadmill Sunday activity revolving around dull “preaching”, “praying” and “worshiping” only proves the point that our functional priority is to other things… organisation, order, structure, programmes, rotas, salaries, “vision”…we want the benefits of God without wanting God Himself, otherwise we would have tears in the pulpit and tears in the pews.
With this in mind, I’ve written a book about the radical preparation unfolding within the Body of Christ before Jesus returns. You can find it in the menu list above entitled “Body Zero” – or click here.
We’re now less than a week away from converging on the Cultybraggan ex-POW camp in Perthshire, Scotland to film “The Draft – A Conscription of Conscience” – a new short film series exploring the future of the Church. A group of 20 sojourners and technical crew will be filming next Saturday, 11th January, 2020. Explore The Draft film series, here.

We’re certainly very grateful for the generosity of everyone backing the project so far.
Are we ready?
I know that the burden on everyone’s heart is the glory of God and faithfulness to Christ. However, are we ready for the radical preparation that the Spirit of God is leading us into?
Without doubt, we are living in very significant days and I covet your prayers, personally and for the project.
Jesus is coming and the fundamental landscape of the British Church is changing.
Thank you for praying.

A couple of weeks ago, my friend Gareth Hides released his album Rescue as his third music project in recent years, following on from a couple of shorter EPs and a debut album in 2014.
I’ve met Gareth a couple of times in person and been Facebook friends for the last five years so I know that he is a man after God’s heart. This is why I wanted to get his album straight away now plug the heck out of it.
This blog is not a review of the album in any way but I will say two things: if you a) like Keith Green and b) want to be refreshed by the backstory, lyrical directness and production quality of an album, this will cap your weekend with joy and you should go and buy it immediately!
I met with Gareth last week and asked him a few questions: (more…)
