If we pray for national repentance, a turning, a heeding of the LORD’s judgments, WHILE expecting our theology/doctrine/practice to remain unchanged…we are playing the fool.

We have recently sold our smartphones in order to create the space to read the Bible more faithfully and I wanted to dive straight in to a reading of the Bible in one month. As I explain in this video, it’s not healthy to read this volume all the time but it can be a catalytic discipline that will permanently change the rhythms of your life so that you end up reading the Bible in its entirety on three separate occasions for every year that you have on the planet.

Back in the spring of this I year, I published the seminal work, “The Glorious Few: Redeeming Radicalisation in the Kingdom of God.”
In the period of 2 weeks following publishing, several major things happened all at once that could have happened at any point in the previous 9 years. The disruption of the Lord culminated in Mairi resigning from her role as a Teacher of French in a large secondary school in Edinburgh and was a disruption that I wrote about prophetically in the book’s epilogue.

Whilst at a friend’s house, I heard a few things on the Radio. I asked what programme it was; I realised that ‘Premier Christian Radio’ was just another ‘Christian’ project that probably started out with a ‘Christian’ concept, but is now secular and just like any other Radio Station, advertising jobs in churches etc, and being supported by ‘Donations’ of ‘loyal’ but ‘blinded’ Believers.
This is one of the problems I see today, as my friend was not able to receive my comment at the time, that it was ‘going off track’, and having to advertise jobs in church is just ‘running a business’ – Jesus said, “I will build My church…,” – and He appoints whomever He wills, not man. I have prayed for my friend – that her eyes would be opened.
Much of today’s ‘church’ is sadly ‘broken’ and blinded to the reality of Truth in the Word of God, following after many ‘wolves in sheep’s clothing’, and continuing on in the ‘traditions of men’.

Based in the United Kingdom, “Premier Christianity” are the largest “Christian” media organisation in Europe. This week I happened to see a job advert on their website entitled, “Pastoral minister, part-time, LGBT inclusive church”. Therefore, I emailed Premier to enquire as to what was going on. The email that I received back from their Editorial Director, Sam Hailes, was absolutely sickening. 🤢
