What have you learnt about this/how have you matured in faith/the supernatural?
The next few weeks will be wrapping up a few of the important and quite demanding details for Calling Yeshua.
Within the process we’ve recognised the Lord’s encouragement regarding perseverance and, specifically, the perseverance of faith. Check Luke 18:1-8.
What kind of faith will He find when He comes? If an unjust ruler is moved by persistence, how much more will our perfectly loving Father be moved as we seek to please Him with every word, thought and deed?
False doctrines in the Church have sullied the true gift of faith from the Holy Spirit (ie health/weath/prosperity preachers who shout at the thunder storms from their private jets because, “they just don’t do bad weather”) cf. the child-like cry for help with the supernatural.
However, is there anything more precious than the gift of saving faith? Ephesians 2:8. Let us be like the chap in Mark 9 who called upon gentle/lowly Jesus for overcoming unbelief… not the pomp and froth of man-made tradition.
Oh, precious Jesus…
