I AM JEALOUS (Intro) 🌋

PRESENTING AN EIGHT-PART TEACHING SERIES DIAGNOSING THE WHOREDOM OF THE CHURCH AND THE URGENT WARNING OF CHRIST TO HIS BRIDE

**Apologies for the poor sound in these videos; we experienced multiple problems with equipment**

This video series very nearly didn’t happen because of significant limitations in resource, circumstance and demonic opposition. Nonetheless, I believe with all my heart that this word of warning to the Church is precisely what the coming Lord Jesus is saying to His covenant people — He is going to erupt and the house will burn.

Week 1: Intro
Week 2: Why jealousy?
Week 3: God’s jealousy for His Own glory

When National “Prophecy” Proves False

With reference to the pastoral words of Jesus in John 10, Nick briefly discusses the frightening reality being revealed in the Church, (on this first day of campaigning for a new general election in British politics), when national “prophecies” and “prophets” are demonstrably being proven false, (or, at the very least, in error). But willContinue reading “When National “Prophecy” Proves False”

A very important update

This Word of the LORD has been foolishly counterfeited in recent months by various ministries in Great Britain and it will be rejected by many when it is proclaimed authentically. The pastoral leaderships of churches in the United Kingdom, (and historic umbrella organisations), are not called and gifted to speak this Word; they are being called to listen to it, to humble themselves and to repent for having not. As a symptom of the root problem within the Church, when they attempt to act outside of their calling they only compound the problem, further harming the Body of Christ. They have refused to be trained by anguish and, as such, they are not qualified or empowered to speak. The institutionalised professionalism and arrogance of their half-baked commentary is rebuke-worthy.

The Wrestle With Demons

“The devil’s cleverest ruse is to make men believe that he does not exist” Baudelaire

If you have been a genuine Christian disciple for any length of time you will likely know that Paul’s words in Ephesians 6 are a good place to start to understand something of our daily warfare.

This short video is to whet your appetite before the longer conversation about the demonic over on the Into the Pray podcast below.

A Trustworthy Prophetic Word to the British Church (1963-2023)

This week on Into the Pray, I read out an excerpt of an address of Martin Lloyd-Jones to his own church during an annual away day as a church family in 1963.

Encouragingly for us, the crux of what Lloyd-Jones was saying 61 years ago in 1963 is the same embryonic train of thought as the things I have written in The Glorious Few in 2023, (60 years hence).

Please listen with an open mind and a willing heart.

“If I am right in my diagnosis, the position is moving very rapidly and unless we do something, it may be too late; or we may be so overwhelmed in disaster that it will only be out of a terrible wreckage that we may gradually crawl out into a new position. I say the alternative is to recognize that it is time for us to act, to clarify our own minds.” — MLJ (1963)

Maintaining the Evangelical Faith Today | An Address of Martyn Lloyd-Jones (1953)

In this week’s episode of Into the Pray, I drive to a local quiet spot on the east coast of north Scotland to read for you a 1953 address of Dr Martin Lloyd-Jones that ultimately caused John Stott, British Theologian from Cambridge, to publicly rebuke him.

Lloyd-Jones disagreed with ecumenicalism and the socio-political gospel of Billy Graham so strongly that he chose to face the ignominy that resulted from distancing himself from them rather than falling into the reality of Galatians 1:7-8.

Think along with me — are the attitudes which are central to the ecumenical agenda — in the Church and within Christian homes — really the foundations of faithful Christian relationships that are true to the gospel of Jesus Christ? What really of these “agree to disagree” agendas that cast a very dark shadow over those who refuse to agree that some matters, and some behaviours, shouldn’t ever be expected to change?

Listen to what Lloyd-Jones warned the church about in 1953.

Examining Cessationist Theology

According to “The Charismatic Illusion”, written by Peter Masters (2016), I am a proponent of cultic belief and practice because I do not believe that the Bible teaches that the gifts of the Holy Spirit ceased at the end of the first century. Masters has been the Minister of the Metropolitan Tabernacle church in London since 1970 and yet, as I will explain, is pedalling profound deception himself.

Please grab your Bible, a notebook and pen and follow prayerfully with my reading of Master’s book and ask yourself whether or not you’re the kind of person who would quietly get on with eating a cold bowl of soup for fear of creating a fuss. A great fuss needs to be made because this cold slop is covering the entire table!

The Demonic Deception of Catholicism

Is it consistent with biblical theology to claim that, on occasion, only The Rosary will rid our homes of demonic nuisances? This is precisely what the former Chaplain to the late Queen Elizabeth, Gavin Ashenden, claimed in his conversation with me. But spiritual leaders in God’s house are required not to be likeable but rather faithful to Scripture.
